    A pride of about ten lions were snoozing in the grass some distance from the road until people in several private cars and safari vehicles arrived and stopped to photograph them. One by one the lions got up and walked over to the cars and lay down in the shade they provided. This incident occurred just a few hundred meters from Gemsbokvlakte waterhole in Etosha National Park.
